About Espresso
Espresso is the fundamental element of the many coffee drinks enjoyed around the world.
Espresso is a method of coffee extraction.
Surprisingly, Espresso is not a particular type of coffee. The perfect cup of
Espresso will vary from one Barista to the next since each selects a different variety
of coffee.
Common Espresso Drinks
Cappuccino
1/3 espresso + 2/3 steamed and frothed milk. Variations range from the "dry capp" made with less steamed milk and more stiff foam to the "wet capp" made with more of a wet foam consistency.
Caffee Latte

Caffee Mocha
Italian for "espresso and chocolate". Espresso + Chocolate and of course steamed milk.
Espresso Romano
Caesars favorite. Espresso with a twist of lemon.
Espresso Con Panna
Espresso with a dollop of whipped cream.
Caffe Americano
A perfect shot of espresso diluted with hot water to create an Americanized cup of coffee.
